The Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) is back for its sixth season in 2022! Eight franchises representing different districts in the state will compete in the league, with each team allowed to have a maximum of 22 players.

Chepauk Super Gillies are the defending champions, having won their third title during the previous season.
